Follow Interstate 64 East.  Take EXIT 256B (Victory Blvd./Poquoson/Hwy 171 East)

Head East for approximately 5 miles [through 8 traffic lights]

After the 8^th light (Cary’s Chapel/Yorktown Rd.) drive until you reach the reduced speed limit sign.

After the 35 mile per hour speed limit sign turn RIGHT onto City Hall Ave.

The City Hall/Library complex is at the end of the road.  Parking is in the rear of the building.

From Norfolk/Chesapeake & Areas East
